This week from our vegetable patch, we harvested Cucumber and Tomatoes which we enjoyed with our snacks, and so many carrots! We used them to make Carrot and Raisin muffins. There was a lot of excellent maths, language, gross and fine motor skills used when we were weighing, mixing, counting, chopping and portioning the ingredients to make our delicious smelling, healthy treats.
