A conversation on Pirates at circle time led to over a week full of activities followed by a Pirate day. We built ships, made treasure maps, pirate yoga, designed flags, made eye patches, pirate races and followed the directions on the treasure map to find real treasure. Our little shipmates were so busy and we had the best time.... even if we did have to walk the plank!
